Your order once lovingly packed will either be sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or MyHermes dependant on weight and size of the package. In each instance a signature is required upon delivery.
Next Day shipping is available on request and is dependent on stock levels plus time of order. Please email email@example.com with the details of your order to see if we are able to help.
All orders are normally dispatched within 5 workings days and we make every effort to do this as soon as possible depending on stock levels. Delays are very infrequent but please allow up to 10 working days.
Personalized orders can take up to 28 days please contact me firstname.lastname@example.org to check.
Once your order has been dispatched in the UK they normally arrive within 2 to 3 working days for Royal Mail dispatched orders and 2 to 5 for MyHermes dispatached orders. Tracking Numbers will appear within the “Shipped email” allowing you to track the status of your order via the Royal Mail or MyHermes website.
International orders can take up to 10 working days depending on customs. International Orders are are sent by Royal Mail First Class and are not tracked.
Orders which are not delivered or are late are the responsibility of the carrier and not The Perfect Day as this is out of our control. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside of our control.
UK Orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not able to sign for your order sent by Royal Mail the item will be held at your local sorting office. Recorded Delivery items will be held for 7 days. If a package has been returned to The Perfect Day because delivery was not possible or the item was not collected from Royal Mail the cost of re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
